Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to drive business strategy and optimize performance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to optimize resource allocation and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain and update financial models in Excel and ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to present complex data clearly.
