Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Perform variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts.
- Develop financial models to assist in long-term planning and capital budgeting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data to stakeholders.
