Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Support year-end processing including W-2s and 1099s
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks
- Implement and optimize payroll workflows using process automation tools
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or QuickBooks Payroll certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and state-specific labor laws
- Expertise in payroll tax filings and year-end reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with garnishment processing and compliance
- BS in Accounting/Finance or related field
