Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in financial performance.
- Assist in the development of annual operating plans and capital expenditure budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating financial data into actionable business insights.
