Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities
- Create comprehensive financial models for investment analysis and valuation
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Develop and maintain automated financial dashboards using Power BI
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for special projects and strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with SQL and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in renewable energy or ESG reporting a plus
