Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, tracking variances against actuals.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and propose solutions to streamline operations.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting and operations teams to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors in data and financial statements.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex financial data clearly.
- Tools: Experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus.
