Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Manage investment portfolios aligned with client risk tolerance and goals
- Cultivate new client relationships through strategic networking and referrals
- Conduct market analysis and provide actionable investment recommendations
- Maintain compliance with FINRA regulations and firm protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- Series 7 and 65/66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial planning or advisory experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional communication and client relationship abilities
- Familiarity with financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro)
- NY State resident with local market knowledge
