Responsibilities
- Develop monthly/quarterly financial models and variance analysis reports
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts for business units
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking studies
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Automate reporting processes using Excel, SQL, and BI tools
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
