Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and market trends to forecast revenue, expenses, and investment opportunities
- Develop comprehensive budget models and variance reports for executive leadership
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for financial exposures
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Excel
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare monthly financial packages and quarterly performance reviews
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power Tableau, Qlik)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders
- Certification (CMA, CPA) or active pursuit considered
