Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop complex financial models to predict future performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
- Budget Management: Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring accurate resource allocation and cost control.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the financial services or government contracting sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), SQL, and financial reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
