Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Develop complex financial models to project future trends, budget scenarios, and capital requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and manage ongoing budget reviews.
- Identify key business drivers and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
