Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor budget adherence and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and strategic business plans.
- Present financial data to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and advanced financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
