Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts to identify trends and variances.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and long-term business objectives.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and oversee departmental expense tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights on industry trends and economic factors.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-finance staff.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
