Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning and budgeting initiatives.
- Prepare accurate, timely, and detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and performance dashboards.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic data, and internal KPIs to forecast revenue and expenses.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of complex financial models for capital budgeting and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, GAAP standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
