Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Budget Management: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to align financial goals.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Data Modeling: Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial workflows and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex financial data to executive leadership in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Systems: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Certifications: CFA, CPA, or CMA designation is a plus.
