Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets and monitor spending against established targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
