Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and market trends to identify investment opportunities
- Build complex financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports using Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and strategic initiatives
- Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions and valuation analyses
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts through monthly training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- SAS or SQL certification (or equivalent experience)
