Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to inform business strategy and investment decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accurate reconciliations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Present financial insights through clear visual dashboards and executive presentations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex modeling)
- SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP system experience
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
