Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and budget reports for executive leadership

- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for business unit evaluation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization platforms
