Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends and support strategic planning
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, budgets, and variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Develop dashboards and KPI tracking for executive leadership
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A opportunities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
