Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends in financial data and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions and VBA) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
