Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop complex financial models and scenario analyses to project future performance and assess the impact of potential business initiatives.
- Prepare high-level reports and presentations for executive leadership, clearly communicating key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and product teams to identify trends, optimize resource allocation, and improve profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on financial health and project status.
- Assist in the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VBA) and experience with database query languages (SQL) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView is a plus.
