Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets, providing clear recommendations for corrective action.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project profitability and ROI.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to provide insights on business performance.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to non-financial audiences.
