Responsibilities
- Execute daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, with 100% accuracy.
- Build rapport with customers by providing exceptional service and answering inquiries regarding accounts and services.
- Manage cash drawer accountability and reconcile daily totals to ensure balances match.
- Assist in cross-selling bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters to branch management effectively.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior experience in banking or retail is preferred.
- Proven track record of accurate cash handling and mathematical proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
