Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and cost optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals
- Monitor KPIs and dashboard metrics to identify performance opportunities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data
- CMA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Experience in manufacturing or retail industry preferred
