Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict future revenues, expenses, and cash flows.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and variances.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and data-driven monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with department heads to support capital budgeting, cost control initiatives, and strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial reporting processes and recommend automation or optimization strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial analyses adhere to internal controls and relevant regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings to non-financial audiences.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA is a strong plus.
