Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis and performance reports.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of the annual budget, including forecasting and scenario planning.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Process Optimization: Recommend process improvements and automation strategies to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex financial findings and insights to senior management and non-financial stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities and reporting adhere to internal policies and external regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and SQL; experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
