Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Develop and manage financial models to forecast future revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to create annual budgets and monitor spending against targets.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data and present findings to senior leadership.
- Streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy through system optimization.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and Charts).
- Experience with financial software systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting tight deadlines.
