- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of complex financial models and forecasting tools.
- Collaborate with department heads to create annual budgets and long-term strategic plans.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial software.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
