Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscapes.
- Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies and capital allocation recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Treasury to ensure financial goals are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
