Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate resource allocation and cost control.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor performance against targets.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and Solver).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
