What You'll Do:
As a Financial Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between financial data and business strategy, ensuring our resources are allocated efficiently to maximize growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support executive decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Assist in the budgeting process and monitor departmental spending to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization through rigorous data review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and scenario planning tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting findings to stakeholders.
