Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop complex financial models and projections to assess the viability of new projects and initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and alignment with company goals.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to non-financial audiences.
- Experience with forecasting and budgeting methodologies is highly preferred.
