Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and budget forecasting, to support executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future revenue streams and assess business performance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within market data to recommend strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
