Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Forecasting: Assist in the development of financial forecasts and budget models based on historical data and market trends.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting systems and workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and report generation.
