Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and organize financial data from various internal and external sources.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends and assist in forecasting.
- Support the budgeting process by tracking expenses and preparing variance analysis.
- Prepare clear and concise presentations for internal stakeholders and management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance department.

- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is a plus.
- No prior experience required – we prioritize potential and attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy with numerical data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (familiarity with Pivot Tables is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
