Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and industry performance to inform investment recommendations
- Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through data-driven analysis
- Assist in due diligence processes for potential acquisitions and partnerships
- Maintain accurate financial databases and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Ability to learn complex financial systems quickly during training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and collaborative team spirit
- Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 63/66 certifications upon completion of training
