Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning and long-term forecasting.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor performance against key metrics.
- Maintain and improve complex financial databases and spreadsheet models to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related corporate finance role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA, Macros, and PivotTables).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and corporate budgeting cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
