Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis for budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform strategic planning
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Develop KPI dashboards and visualize complex financial data for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong SQL skills for financial data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts
