Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
- Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and growth opportunities.
- Support the budget preparation process and assist with forecasting models.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct market research to support investment decisions and business strategy.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets using Excel and other tools.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to interpret complex financial data.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of financial terminology is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced team environment.
