Role Overview:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be the backbone of our financial planning and analysis department. You will be responsible for dissecting complex financial data, creating robust forecasting models, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership to drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Perform monthly variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgeted targets.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and executive summaries to the Board of Directors.
- Conduct in-depth market research and industry trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and resource management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
