Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support long-term strategic planning and performance evaluation.
- Reporting: Prepare complex monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Budgeting: Assist in the development, monitoring, and management of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Variances: Analyze variances between actuals and budgets, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, SAP).
- Certifications: CFA or CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
