Responsibilities
- Analyze Financial Data: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend identification to support executive decision-making.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop accurate financial models and budgets, providing insights into future revenue and expense projections.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand business drivers and align financial strategies with organizational goals.
- Compliance: Monitor financial regulations and internal controls to mitigate risk.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or budgeting within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables), SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Hyperion, Power BI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
