Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions and long-term planning.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actuals.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts for various departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to management to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand financial needs and assist in the development of business cases.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
