Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and projections for annual budgeting and long-term planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
