Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between budgeted and actual performance.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Perform market research and industry analysis to support strategic planning.
- Utilize financial modeling techniques to assess investment opportunities and risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve profitability.
- Present complex financial data in a clear, concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
