Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and strategy.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project profitability and return on investment (ROI).
- Identify key business trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and investor presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index/Match, Macros).
- Experience with financial modeling and budgeting software (e.g., Hyperion, Planful).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present insights clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
