Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Develop complex financial models and scenarios to assess the impact of potential business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel (Advanced functions and macros).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
