Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and develop actionable dashboards to communicate financial performance insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic financial decisions
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Present financial findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling visualizations and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional quantitative and qualitative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent presentation skills with experience translating complex data for diverse audiences
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA) highly desirable
