We are looking for a reliable and skilled Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy, and support our growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process efficiently.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience (required).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero (preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a significant plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
